Nancy Gillespie

Kennel Manager

 

  • Nancy started training dogs with Tom Rose in 1989 and continued to apply his methods and theories of training ever since.  She learned everything from basic training to advanced obedience, agility and dog sports such as Schutzhund.
  • Throughout the years, Nancy handled more than 5000 dogs including mixed breeds, pure breeds, newborn puppies, young dogs, problem dogs and competition dogs.  Her extensive experience includes dogs with disabilities such as deaf, blind, shy, aggressive, diabetic and crippled dogs.  She has worked closely with local veterinary offices and rescue services helping to rehabilitate and relocate problem or abandoned dogs to happy homes.
  • Nancy became manager of the Dog House Kennel in 2005.  Her past experience caring for and training boarded dogs as well as her own, represents a vast experience level at providing excellent care and supervision.
